Return Policy – Valmaur Products
All Sales Are Final
By completing a purchase with Valmaur Products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. Valmaur Products does not accept returns or cancellations under any circumstances.
No Refunds
Valmaur Products maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed, the customer forfeits the right to request a refund, in whole or in part, for any reason.
Product Verification
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, specifications, and order details prior to completing checkout. Valmaur Products is not liable for customer errors, including but not limited to: incorrect product selection, sizing, customization, or quantity.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error attributable to Valmaur Products, the customer must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
To initiate a claim, the customer must provide:
• Order number
• Clear photographs or video of the issue
• A detailed description of the problem
Valmaur Products reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Refunds will not be issued.
Limitation of Liability
Valmaur Products shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product.
